Learn more: Training CCT also maintains ongoing assessment and evaluation of all our training programs and systems, and our policies and procedures are standardized so the quality of your study is consistent across all four of our locations.. All clinical research staff is GCP and HIPAA trained annually. Every protocol results in training and an in-service plan for the entire investigative team. These in-services are comprised of protocol review, methodological and procedural discussions, and the development of an implementation plan. All of these activities are summarized in training logs stored on site. Employee Development All staff participates in the New Hire Orientation program. Each employee is given a training schedule specific to their function and an individualized manual to use as a resource. Specific job function training occurs parallel to the general orientation process. CCT believes in developing leadership and management skills. That’s why we provide our employees with the opportunity to 'move up' within CCT. On-site training for Clinical Research Coordinators and Supervisors includes our Management and Leadership program, designed to bring our most promising employees to a new level of performance. Our "Management Track" program offers specialized training to key individuals being groomed for greater responsibilities, including one-on-one mentoring with CCT’s Executive team. CCT encourages employees to participate in the Employee Educational Assistance Plan. The plan offers financial aid to those interested in upgrading their job skill sets. |
