We are strategically located in an ethnically diverse urban area of nearly 16 million people residing in five separate counties. Our two on-site Call Centers employs a highly-skilled and well-trained staff of Patient Service Representatives (PSR). The PSRs receive continual in-service training and are regularly updated on all ongoing studies and recruitment strategies specific to each study. Our patient recruitment efforts focus on mining our proprietary database, ClinCenter. All patient information is captured in ClinCenter from initial contact to study completion, yielding a rich source for specific patient population searches. An in-house media placement specialist targets demographics within the area population unique to each study. CCT's name recognition in all media sources within the community aids recruitment efforts.
