Clinical Department Directors/Managers watch over the daily conduct of all aspects of clinical trials for Early Drug Development (Phase I) and Clinical Studies (Phase II-IV). They also manage staffing, patient recruitment, and supplier relationships. They are the “go-to” contacts for our Sponsors.

Clinical Pharmacologists in our Early Drug Development Department oversee study medications preparation, IRB correspondence, and assist in manuscript preparation and ongoing safety reviews. Pharmacy technicians support our operation.

The Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) are a highly trained group of practitioners that vary from registered nurses to foreign-trained medical doctors. Through-the-ranks promotion from research associate to CRC is encouraged, so that our team members quickly become seasoned veterans of CCT’s processes.
